Meet State Representative William Brisson
I am William Brisson, State Representative for the North Carolina House of Representatives, District 22, which covers all of Bladen County and the southern portion of Cumberland County. I was born and raised in this District and it is my pleasure and honor to have served as your Representative since 2006.
Growing up in Dublin, NC (where I still live), I know the challenges that we face as a rural area. I am a full time farmer (the only one in the NC General Assembly) along with my brother, Nelson. Our parents taught us the value of hard work and living as Christians. I take those values with me to the floor of the NC House.

My Campaign promises the same things that I have ran on since I first started in politics. To be open, accessible, honest, and to stand up for you! I am a conservative Democrat who believes in providing the services that people need, while still trying to minimize the costs. I will always support our children, the elderly, and the disabled. We have to protect and help those that can not do so for themselves! As a registered voter, you have the power to elect the people that represent you. As a candidate who will take your concerns and beliefs to the State House, I ask for your continued support and for your vote to re-elect me as your State Representative!
William currently serves on 7 Committees in the NC House of Representatives:
Mental Health Reform - Chairman, Agriculture - Vice Chair, Appropriations, Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services, Transportation, Wildlife Resources, and House Select Committee on Coyote Nuisance Removal. For more information, visit William's N.C. General Assembly web page.
